Please include your order number. For a live-arrival issue, contact us within 24 hours of the carrier-recorded delivery time and review the photos and information required by our Live Arrival Guarantee.

Delivery and pickup

Live orders normally ship Monday–Wednesday. Orders placed later in the week may be held until the following Monday. See our Shipping Policy for delivery estimates, weather conditions, and shipping details.
